FROM THE SOUTH:
Get to the Taconic Parkway. North to the Rt. 6 exit, make a right at the end of the exit ramp and travel east on Rt. 6 for approximately 7 miles, look for Odyssey Gymnastics on your left, #288 ( the front of the building is occupied by a children’s center called A Kids Castle). Our entrance is on the side of the building next to the Park Ford Dealership. Please note, the Taconic Parkway, can be accessed from the Saw Mill River Parkway, the Sprain Brook Parkway, and the Bronx River Parkway.

ALTERNATE FROM THE SOUTH:
Take I-684 to Exit 6, make a left at the end of the exit ramp onto Rt. 35. Travel west on Rt. 35 to Rt. 118. Make a right onto Rt. 118 and follow to Rt. 6.  Make a right onto Rt. 6, travel approximately 1 mile, look for Odyssey on your left, #288 (the front of the building is occupied by a children’s center called A Kids Castle). Our entrance is on the side of the building next to the Park Ford Dealership. Please note, I-684 can be accessed from the Hutchinson River Parkway or I-287.

FROM THE NORTH:
Take the Taconic Parkway to the Rt. 6 exit, make a left onto Rt. 6(East, travel east on Rt. 6 for approximately 7 miles, look for Odyssey Gymnastics on your left, #288 (the front of the building is occupied by a children’s center called A Kids Castle). Our entrance is on the side of the building next to the Park Ford Dealership.

FROM CONNECTICUT:
Take I-84 west to exit 19 (Rt. 312), make a right, follow Rt. 312 to Rt. 6, make a right onto Rt. 6, follow Rt. 6 (it will turn left when you come to Lake Glenida) for approximately 8 to 9 miles, go through the village of Mahopac, continue along Rt. 6, go 1/4 mile past the Post Office. Odyssey Gymnastics will be on your right. (The front of the building is occupied by A Kid’s Castle.) The entrance to Odyssey Gymnastics is on the side of the building, next to the Park Ford Dealership.
